IMPORTANT - ALL CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS - California Customer Acknowledgement form & ID Requirement - Shipping Required with "Signature Confirmation".

 

Important Update for California Customers - PLEASE READ!.

 

1) California law (AB1263 & SB704) requires all shipments to include SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. You must select USPS or UPS SIGNATURE REQUIRED at checkout. While this may add a few dollars to shipping, it is required for legal compliance and orders CANNOT and WILL NOT be shipped without it.

 

 

2) EACH TIME a new order is placed, we are required to receive additional information from you.

This information needs to be submitted AFTER the order is placed, since the Order Number needs to be submitted as well.

 

Starting January 1st, 2026, new California regulations (legislation AB1263 & SB704) require businesses like ours to collect a signed compliance form and a copy of a valid government-issued ID before processing any orders shipping to California.

 

This applies to all customers with a California shipping address, regardless of order size or type.

 

What You Need To:

After placing your order, please complete the following:

 

  • Download and sign the California Compliance Form - Download the form HERE.
  • Take a clear photo or scan of your ID (Driver’s license or state ID; information must be clearly visible.)
  • Upload both items using the secure upload link HERE.

 

Once we receive and verify your documents, we will be able to process and ship your order.
